Programme terms, in plain words
A summary of what each side agrees to. The signed agreement is the legal version.
What we give you
- The SreNix engine to download and use, at no cost, while you are a Design Partner.
- a starter allowance of fixes at no cost (exact number to be confirmed).
- Direct access to our engineers.
What we ask from you
- Reference: we may name you as a customer and you will answer questions from people who ask.
- White paper: we may write up your results. You review it first.
- Cleaned-up policies: we may reuse the fix policies made on your clusters in our main software, after removing names and private details.
Record keeping and audit
When you apply, you sign off on these terms. We save your first and last name, contact email, organisation, how you plan to use SreNix, exactly what you agreed to, the date and time, and the version of these terms (2026-09-v1). We may also record how the programme is used, such as which fixes ran and their results, while you use it and when it ends. We keep the sign-off so we can show it to auditors. You can ask us what we hold about you at any time.
Your data
SreNix runs inside your network. Your cluster data stays with you. Only cleaned-up policies you approve come back to us.
Leaving the programme
You can leave at any time by telling us.
When we go commercial
We will set prices later. Your agreement says what applies to you. We will talk to you well before anything changes.
