Why we built it
We were paged for the same well-understood failure, at the worst hour, and fixed it in the slowest way possible: a tired person rebuilding context the system already had.
Most on-call work isn’t new. An expired certificate, a crash loop, a missing secret, a full disk — the cause is known and so is the fix. Srenix makes that fix itself, within the rules you set, and then checks that the problem is really gone.
It exists so that on-call is quieter every week.
What we believe
Three rules we build by.
Fix, then prove it
A problem is solved when we measure it gone. Every fix is followed by the same check that found the problem, and a fix that gets reverted later counts as a failure.
You stay in control
Rules you set. Data that stays in your cluster. A signed record of every step that you can read yourself.
Earn trust slowly
A kind of fix gets more freedom only after it keeps working in your environment — and loses it again the moment it doesn’t.
