Privacy policy
What we collect, and what we do with it.
How Reliora Inc handles personal information on reliora.ai. Last updated 28 September 2026.
No tracking
This website runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts, and sets no cookies.
Only what you send us
We collect personal information only when you apply to the Design Partner programme, use the contact form, or write to us.
Your cluster data stays yours
Srenix runs inside your own cluster and sends no telemetry to us. This policy is about the website.
Who we are
Reliora Inc (“Reliora”, “we”) runs reliora.ai and makes Srenix. You can reach us about anything in this policy at [email protected].
What we collect
When you apply to be a Design Partner: your first and last name, contact email, organisation, role, how you plan to use Srenix, where your clusters run and how many there are, the name you type to sign, exactly which agreements you ticked and their wording, the version of the programme terms, and the date and time. Our server also records the IP address the application came from and your browser’s user-agent string.
When you use the contact form: your company, full name, role or title, work email, phone number if you give one, the topics you tick, your message and your agreement to this policy, and — as with applications — the IP address and browser user-agent our server sees.
When you email us: your email address and whatever you choose to include.
When you visit: like any web server, ours keeps standard request logs (IP address, page requested, time and browser) to run and protect the site.
Why we use it
- To review your application and reply to you.
- To run the Design Partner programme with you.
- To keep a record of what you agreed to, which we may need to show auditors.
- To send you occasional updates about Srenix — only if you ticked the box for them.
- To keep the site secure and stop abuse, such as automated form submissions.
Who sees it
Applications and contact messages are stored in a database on our own infrastructure and emailed to our team. We do not sell personal information or share it for advertising. Our email is hosted by Google Workspace, and our domain’s traffic is routed through our DNS provider; they process data for us under their own terms.
What the pages load from elsewhere
To display properly, pages load fonts from Google Fonts, the home page’s 3D graphic loads a library from unpkg.com, and the Live Dashboards page shows dashboards from our own Grafana server. These requests share your IP address with those services, as any web request does.
How long we keep it
Design Partner applications are kept as a sign-off record: for as long as you take part in the programme, and afterwards for as long as we need to show what was agreed. Emails and contact-form messages are kept for as long as the conversation needs them.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing [email protected]. We will delete what we are not required to keep; if we need to keep a sign-off record, we will tell you why. You can stop updates at any time.
After you apply, the thank-you page shows your record from your browser’s session storage. It stays in that tab only and is cleared when you close it.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top.
