Terms of use

The terms for using reliora.ai.

By using this website you agree to these terms. Last updated 28 September 2026.

This site

reliora.ai is run by Reliora Inc. It describes Srenix, our flagship product, and the ways to work with us. It is provided for information.

Srenix is in beta

Srenix is in beta, with pilots in progress. Features, plans, prices and anything else described on this site may change before general availability, and nothing here is an offer or a commitment until it is in a signed agreement.

Using the software

The website does not give you a licence to Srenix. Design Partners use Srenix under their programme agreement; any other use needs a commercial licence. See pricing and the licensing docs.

The Design Partner programme

The programme has its own programme terms, which you sign when you apply, and a signed agreement. Those govern the programme, not this page.

Demo data

The dashboards, figures and incident stories on this site come from our demo environment. They show how Srenix works; they are not results we promise for your environment.

Our names and content

Reliora, Srenix, their logos, and the text, diagrams and design of this site belong to Reliora Inc. Srenix is patent pending.

Other websites

Some pages link to other websites, for example the sources behind figures we quote. We are not responsible for their content.

No warranty

The website is provided “as is”. As far as the law allows, we make no promises about it and are not liable for loss arising from using it.

Using the site fairly

Please don’t try to break, overload or scrape the site, or submit forms in someone else’s name.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when. Questions: [email protected]. How we handle personal information is in the privacy policy.

Plain-language summary, pending legal review.
