How much it does on its own
Why a flat price per cluster
Much of this category charges per investigation. That means your worst week is also your most expensive one, and it makes the tool impossible to budget. A flat price per cluster does not grow with your incidents.
What counts as a cluster?
Each Kubernetes cluster Srenix is installed in. The price is flat per cluster per month — it doesn’t grow with incidents or investigations.
Can we try Srenix at work before buying?
Yes, as one of our first Design Partners: early access to Srenix Enterprise on your team’s clusters, free now for early adopters. Otherwise, it runs under an Enterprise licence. See the Design Partner offer.
Is there a fee per incident or per investigation?
No. Per-investigation billing makes your worst week your most expensive one and the tool impossible to budget. The price is flat per cluster.
What happens if our licence lapses?
It falls back to the core engine instead of failing, so it keeps finding and explaining problems. You lose the licensed features, never your monitoring.
Which plan lets it fix things on its own?
Both, within the rules you set: Design Partners get early access to everything in Enterprise. That is five policy-bounded fixers, AI-proposed fixes with signed click-to-approve, multi-step repairs, and confidence-gated auto-merge, which is off by default.
Are these prices final?
Not yet. Srenix is in beta, with pilots in progress, and plans and prices may change before general availability.
Not sure which one fits?
Most teams start as a Design Partner and move to Enterprise when Srenix runs across their fleet. We will help you work out which is right for you.
