Srenix vs Resolve AI

Choose Resolve AI if a SaaS-led AI SRE with a satellite agent matches how your team buys and operates tools. Choose Srenix if you need the closed loop — fix and verified fix — running inside your cluster today, with data that never leaves your network.

Resolve AI’s public pages were re-checked on 4 November 2026 for this page; the approved compare-table facts are the ones stated below. Back to the comparison table.

Resolve AI is a SaaS AI SRE that joins your on-call rotation: it triages and investigates, and it describes closed-loop remediation as the next milestone rather than current behaviour. Srenix ships the closed loop as the default mode, inside your cluster, with the gate readable in source. The facts in this card are the approved compare-table facts; Resolve AI’s public pages were re-checked on 4 November 2026 and nothing that changes this page had changed.

Where each one runs

Resolve AI runs in their SaaS, with a thin satellite in your environment — the vendor-operated control plane, with a small agent in-cluster.

Srenix runs fully in-cluster: one Helm chart, Kubernetes 1.27+ on EKS, GKE, AKS, k3s, RKE2 and OpenShift, pointed at your own OpenAI-compatible model endpoint. Nothing is sent to a vendor SaaS — that is the whole point of this comparison, stated once and assumed from here on.

Does it close the loop?

Resolve AI: automated remediation is on their roadmap. Their public pages describe agents that triage, investigate and escalate, with remediation as the next step rather than current behaviour.

Srenix: yes, by default — policy-bounded fixers, human-click approval by default, re-diagnosis after every fix; a fix later reverted counts as a failure.

How each is priced

Resolve AI: contact sales — no public price list.

Srenix: flat price per cluster per month, quote on request; no per-investigation billing, so a bad week never raises the bill.

Where Srenix is honest about its limits

Honest about Srenix: it is in beta with pilots in progress. No certifications are claimed — the SOC 2-friendly audit bundle export is a feature, not a certification. We do not name customers while the reference policy is open.

Where each one fits

Resolve AI fits teams that want a vendor-operated control plane and accept a satellite agent, and who are fine waiting for remediation features.

Srenix fits teams whose compliance or sovereignty posture requires in-cluster execution and no egress, and who want verified fixes now, in beta, with pilots in progress.

Questions

Before you choose between them.

Something else? Ask us — a person replies.

Does Resolve AI fix things by itself today?

Our approved information says automated remediation is on their roadmap. Check their current pages before deciding; this comparison is re-checked before publish.

Where does the telemetry go?

With a SaaS + satellite architecture, context flows to the vendor. Srenix keeps everything in your cluster; you choose the model endpoint.

Srenix is beta — is that a risk?

It is stated plainly: beta, pilots in progress, features and pricing may change. That is also why the Design Partner programme is free now for the first 100 partners.

Want the loop closed, not just watched?

See it on your own failure — detect, fix and re-verify on your own cluster before you decide.

Or run the read-only snapshot first — no install, no RBAC: srenix diagnose --snapshot <dir>.
